Across the Centuries: Looking at Local Objects

Objects have the power to reveal intimate details of people’s lives, from the mundane to the extraordinary. In this exhibition, 35 objects from many centuries of life in this area offer glimpses into our community’s past.

Your Dream House:
At Home in Postwar Natick

In the aftermath of World War II, Natick saw rapid suburban development as returning veterans and their families realized the mid-century dream of home ownership.

At the center of this exhibition is the remarkable miniature model of a real postwar Natick house, lovingly built by Navy veteran Gene Martin.
