Image Natick has a rich and fascinating history. It embodies many of the sweeping historical movements through out North American history. Natick's founding as a Praying Indian village and the history of relations between colonists and local people is a microcosm for the larger issues that continue to the present day. The industrial revolution and the accompanying social revolutions happened right here. The introduction of the railroad and mechanized production transformed Natick from cottage industry to factories, bringing in waves of immigrants. Natick was even an early supporter of abolition and woman's suffrage.

Natick continues to make history -- with one of the first shopping malls in the nation,
high tech inventions and sports heros. Natick is truly the Home of Champions.
Come learn more about it at the Natick Museum!
